Shopping in Arcaden Mall in Regensburg
This is one of the nearest mall in our area. Well, not really very near because I need to drive around 40 to 45 minutes when I go there. If I take the train, it is around 40 minutes ride but I still to drive the nearest train station which is around 15 kilometers from where I live. I am glad that I have a driver’s license and a car which bring me anywhere I want. It is such and advantage especially when I go and travel anywhere.

Regensburg is a beautiful city in Bavaria, Germany. The large medieval centre of the city is a UNESCO World Heritage Site. It means that you can see a lot of historic sites and buildings there.
There are a lot of malls and shopping stores in the area. One of it is the Regensburg Arcaden (literally translated as Arcade in English). There are a lot of shops inside. If I am not mistaken around 95 stores are inside this mall. With the many visit I had, I did not noticed that it has a hardware store. It is not really a problem if they don’t have one because I can also shop online at Reid Supply Industrial. Online shopping is also very convenient and easy.
The Regensburg Arcade is located near the Regensburg Hauptbahnhof, the main railway station in the city. There is an overbridge from the train station that enables access to the Regensburg Arcade shopping centre south of the station tracks. There is also a car park in this mall but I guess it is not for free. You need to pay for the parking that is why, I prefer to go there by train rather than driving with my car.
I am planning to visit again the Regensburg Arcade especially that most shops now are having winter sales.
