Fresh Fishes!
Do you love to eat fish? Yes, we do! Fresh fish is the best one but I seldom see it in the grocery stores or market in our nearby towns and cities. Fish is an important food source. Saltwater fish especially, is high in omega 3 fatty acids, which are heart-friendly, and a regular diet of fish is highly recommended by nutritionists.
Sad to say, due to the polluted environments we have right now like seas, lakes and rivers, fish can sometimes be very dangerous because of the metal they contain especially the liquid metal mercury.
